Sculpted arms for a gal?!


Question: Sculpted arms for a gal!?
hey! i go to the gym 5 days a week, and i can tell how much my strength has improved!. however, my arms have always been super slender and i want to get sculpted, cut arms!. not really BULKY or buff in a man-way!.!.!. just toned and with some nice muscle definition!.

Anyway, don't worry about getting bulky, I always tell girls, "if getting bulky was that easy, don't you think every guy on the face of the earth would be huge and buff!?"

Women are generally weaker in the upper body so it'll take some work but you're going to have to up the weights!. Again, don't worry about getting bulky, it wont happen overnight!. Once you get to a point where you like what you see, then you just lower the weight to maintain what you have!.

Go to http://www!.exrx!.net/Lists/ExList/ArmWt!.h!.!.!. for some upper body workouts (Look for anythign working out the biceps and triceps)!. Do about 3 sets of 8-10, you should struggle a little with the last set - don't strain yourself but you have to get those muscles going to get them a little bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably the amount you're eating effects it a lot for that sort of thing!. remember fat turns into muscle so if you work out you need fat in your diet!. and naturally women don't get bulky arms without some help and maybe like hardcore weight training!. but you have nothing to worry about!. those kind of women are addicted to working out and the rush of getting big and being able to lift more!. some girl who doesn't want to be like that isn't!. it's hard to do that!. really hard okWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try to work your arms 2 days a week
Keep your reps at 8-10 for your arm work
Do at least 2 Tricep exercises,The best for
the look you are after would be
tricep pushdowns and kickbacks

I'd say do 10 lbs each arm, 3 sets of 15 each excercise( there are 4 ), kinda hard to explain the different ones but each one works a different muscle, google it and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
