When should i eat breakfast before or after my early morning jog and walk?!


Question: When should i eat breakfast before or after my early morning jog and walk!?
ive been waking up at 7 eating breakfast then going out for my jog/walk around 8-830 should i jog first then come home and eat breakfast im just trying to find out which one is better for fat loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alot of people think that eating after exercise is better because your body burns its fat stores straight away!. Here's something I read which makes total sense!.!.!. You should eat breakfast and then exercise around 1hour after!. The reason for this is that food gives us the energy we need to be able to exercise, so if you've got extra energy from food your going to be working out twice as hard!. Not only will you burn off whatever you just ate but youll be burning stores twice as fast!.

Dude u shld eat ur breakfast after ur morning jog or walk!. If u do it b4 den all e energy consumed from the food will be used up by e time u finish ur routine!. But on the other hand not eating b4 does not provide u with enuff energy since u will not av eten since dinner or supper the nite b4!. So I think you should take like a glass of milk or other nutritious drink b4 and after ur exercise or walk or jog den u take ur main breakfast!. =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

not before cause i might get sick! also u'll burn up all that energy u got from breakfast and get hungry earlier if not right after u get back from jogging!. i played soccer and i always ate after practice games whatever!. i ate before one time and i was on the verge of puking the whole time!. most deff go with the after option!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any type of exercise makes your heart beat faster and your metabolic rate increase!. It's always best to exercise on a near-empty stomach so I would say go out for your jog first and then come back and have breakfast!. It's difficult to exercise properly when you are full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i find is to eat something as soon as you wake up!. it sparks your metabolism, and gets it working for the day (which burns calories)!.!.!.so what i do is eat a piece of fruit first thing in the morning to jumpstart my calorie burning engine!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should first wake up, brush and directly go for a jog!.after coming home back, bathe and then eat breakfast!.thats the correct way!. what you are doing is wrong!. nothing will happen if you do it your way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after, because after you excersize your metabolism is going faster, and the food that you eat can be digested faster with less fat conversion :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a bottle of juice during walk and after walk have your breakfast!.avoid added fats and sugar in your diet and try to take foods in their natural form!.
