Question: It's late and I'm hungry (stomach growling) what can I eat that won't pack on pounds!?
I'm sitting here with a 90 calorie special K bar, but I feel like the sugar will affect my weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a nice tall glass of cold water!. Sometimes your body will trick you into thinking you're hungry when all it is really wanting is hydration!. Have a glass of water and wait 20 mins!. If you're still hungry feeling after that, then allow yourself to have something small!. Try stuff like, a piece of whole wheat bread with a tbsp of peanut butter, or a tbsp of peanut butter and an apple!. Or even just the apple!. Heck, even have your special k bar!. It wont hurt ya!.

eat some cottage cheese or a hard boiled egg, something low in fat with a lot of protein!.
if you are still hungry, try some fruit or raw veggies, if you have that stuff on hand!.

just eat the special k bar tonight, 90 calories won't do much!. but try to be prepared better for next time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your not THAT hungry, try something light like a banana or carrots or something!. unsalted/buttered popcorn doesn't have that much of anything: fat, protein, carbs, sugar, etc!. that's always munchy and satisfying!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
