Hey Duke!. One of the best ways to lose and maintain a good weight is to do some cardio/respiratory exercise (ex running, swimming, or anything that gets your heart rate up to be aerobic exercise)!. At the same time though, building lean or thick muscle will help burn off excess calories and fat that you eat, as long as you stay in condition!. And as always, make sure to maintain a good diet and help boost your metabolism by eating more smaller meals a day!. I am at a healthy weight now and I currently eat 4-5 meals a day that are about 1/4-1/2 the size of a regular meal, so I still get a good nutrition every day!. Of course, these "guidlines" are what my doctor and I feel are healthy for me, and they aren't always the best for everyone, so in the end, I would talk to your doctor and see what he/she recommends! Hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey Duke
Firstly you'll need to say how tall you are and what you weigh, so we know where to begin!.
Try cycling with friends, or walking a dog (if you have one)!.
Activity days and swimming are great for exercise =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
