I want to have a 6-pac by the end of summer. But theres a problem.....?!
Question: I want to have a 6-pac by the end of summer!. But theres a problem!.!.!.!.!.!?
Im 5'5 and 122 pounds!. Got any ideas that WILL NOT attract attention to me I dont want my family knowing I work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Omg, I am the same way!. I work-out all the time though!. My parents still don't know!. Best thing to do is if you have a TV or radio turn that up loud and run in place!. This is what I do:
All exercises are done in place
(warm up before with some basic stretches)
Walk - 10 mins
Jog - 5 mins
Fast Jog - 5 mins
Ski Jog ( bring arms down on opposite leg being raised !. !. !. it looks like you're using imaginary ski poles) - 5 mins
Jog - 5 mins
Walk- 10 mins
You can add weights to that for an even more challenging workout!.
It takes a while, but after about a week you'll notice the results!. Also, I do about 150 sit-ups a day (you'll probably want to build up to that number)!. I use the edge of my closet to support my feet!. I do 50 lunges a day!. I do 20 push-ups (but be sure to stretch out afterward to prevent bulgy arms)!. Also you can try some pilates!. A lot of it doesn't involve any equipment and is easier than running in place!. I reccomend using Mrhead's youtube videos!. They're easy and don't take a lot of work, but they give great results!. Also, be sure to eat healthy!. If you get tempted to eat something bad, picture yourself with great abs!. That's what I do, and I almost never binge anymore!.

or put your arms on the chair, and your feet on the ground (in a straight plank position) and, while keeping straight, do some reverse push-ups to work your abs and your triceps
laying on your side, raise one leg, hold, then release (while keeping your body/leg straight)--great while watching TV or talking on the phone!.

it may seem like alot at first but over time you will get used to it!. keep adding more every day to get the 6 pac you want

Eat the right foods, do 300-500 sit ups a night before you go to bed or when your bored!. If you dont want your family knowing why dont you just get a gym membership and work out there!? -Www@Answer-Health@Com
run really early in the mornig so your parents don't know try not to eat as much or make up ecuses not to eat like "i have a stomach ache" or "i feel sick"Www@Answer-Health@Com
