Is it okay to eat peanuts after i exercise?!


Question: Is it okay to eat peanuts after i exercise!?
its like 5:03 am and i exercised at 10:10 i think, i usually dont eat anything after i exercise until the next morning, I was wondering if it would ruin my exercise if i ate peanuts right now, like the original ones at baseball games and stuff!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Provided that you don't overdo it, it is okay!. This is because your metabolism is increased and will break down the fats into energy as opposed to storing them!. If you are a purest, you should eat the peanuts sooner after you excersize than that much time as more fat will get metabolized sooner after excersize rather than later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably a good idea to eat some sort of food after excercise so your body isn't under to much strain trying to gather energy!.
However peanuts probably aren't the best source of energy!.
the 50g peanut pack that i have contains 7!.4% saturated fat which does not alot but sit there so i would suggest some form of fruit, an apple perhaps!?
but all in all i think that eating what makes you happy is a good idea and just keeping yourself in check :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LOL! What!? Yeah!. Why wouldn't it be!? Nuts are actually a very well rounded food!. High in protein, high in complex carbs, and high in natural fats!. All things your body needs, and that promote fat loss and maintain lean mass!.

I don't recomend it!.
Yesterday I was eating penuts and the packade said 500 calories and around 30 calories!.
I have no clue if they're the same penuts, but overall they're really not helpfull for people trying to stay in shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Peanuts are a good source of protein and healthy fats!. I think you are better off eating them versus not eating anything!. It will boost your metabolism and you will burn more calories overall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure which type of exercises you are doing but people usually like to have post workout protein sources to rebuild their bodies!. Peanuts have protein in them so I guess it's fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
