I lost 24kg a while ago!. I think it is a mindset and commitment!. It alway depends how much you really want something in life!. It is a shame I do not have a picture of myself!. Actually I have and it is a terrible thing to see!. After I lost, I realised, being that fat actually limit your life!. People show more interest in me!. I had people looking at me who use to laugh at me when I was bigger/fatter, realising I was an attractive woman!. We all owe it to ourselves to look after ourselves!. And it is just that, looking after ourselves actively!.

I started to do some reading about increasing ones metabolism!. Although I came across some ways to do this there was really just one way to loose effectively!. I have stopped for a while after loosing 24kg and want to start again in full force!. I am even thinking about building muscle!. How wonderful is that!. There are a secret to loosing weight though and it is by eating regularly during the day, small potions of healthy, fat free and sugar free food!. The secret is not to eat at night!. I lost 24kg by doing this!. When you start you won't loose anything for a few days, but if you keep it consistant you will soon start to see the difference and loose the access fat!. There are really nothing to it!.

Like I said I want to start again after I had stopped for a while!. This time around I would like to start building my muscle!. The secret here is, training muscle and eating protein on a regular base during the day!. Firstly by doing strenght training you will increase your metabolism and secondly by eating protein you are feeding your muscle which inturn increase your metabolisme when it is trained!.
