Cardio Stairs Workout?

I've been running up and down the stairs for a few days now, and it seems to be helping. Anyway, if one set is equal to running up the stairs and then back down again, how many sets should I do to see real results? How often should I do them?


Answers:

30 minutes of stair stepping is a great cadio workout, doesn't matter 'how many' times you go up and down.
Once 30 minutes is easy, step it up 5 minutes at a time, until you can do it for an hour...but that might get hard on the knees.
You should get some cardio everyday...but I would only stair step 2-3 times a week and do jogging or swimming the other days of the week.
