How do I get energy!? Everytime I excersice I lose energy very fast!. Why is this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

cuz u prob dont eat a sufficent amount of carbs u need fruits in the morning or before ur workout like 1hr before banana's give u a quick bit of energy and it lasts as does whole grains white grains and sugar gives u quick energy but gone after an hour so it's not good eat more good carbs like fruits brown rice whole wheat bread and cerals ull get more or take 5 hour energy possibly it works wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

your not eating enough!. If your doing weight training, eat a banana or something like 30-40 minutes before your work out!.

you want to have energy to get you through the work out!. You want to feel depleted by the end of it!. then eat something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Isotonic drink would help!. Best is half an hour before exercise, drink some!. I1/2 hour before take some light meal!. You can stand by some (not cold) isotonic drinks during exercise if you feel thirsty!. This should help!. Carbohydrate helps the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
