Question: Help, i need a thinspiration!?
ok i dont want to go anorexic, but i have no will power for anything
im not very fat, im 5'3 and 122 lbs
i would like to be 107
good things for dieting are that im lactose intolerant, meat makes my stomach hurt, and desserts make me break out
but i dont know how to say no to these things
i need a thinspiration to help me say no
and how to avoid these foods that make me fat
how many calories should i eat a day to lose that in 2 months

umm well wanting a "thinspiration" is a very eating disordered thought and therefore not healthy!. if you want to lose weight eat about 1200 calories a day and exercise but still allow yourself to eat the things you love, just watch how much of it you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
