How do you lose weight and gain a muscular body?

I weight 238 lbs. and I want to weight 138 lbs. and have a muscluar boby but not to muscular how do I do that

well the most obvious is exercise, but not just any exercise. You will want to hit the weights to work on your arms, you can also do push ups. You also wil have to do situps or crunches to work of that tummy. You might want to do cardio, treadmill, running, jogging or even power walking to start, this will make you sweat more, so don't forget to drink water. You also don't want to stop at exercising, you have got to change the things you eat, eat healthier food, smaller portions, choose better foods, fruits, veggies, whole grains, brown rice and water. If you drink, you might even want to cut down on that as well, especially beer. Seems like a lot but you are trying to lose a lot, so if you truly want to lose this weight you have got to be serious and stick with it. You can do it on your own, but it is always easier when you have motivation. If you can, get a trainer, if that is too costly try to find a buddy or someone at a local gym to partner with, and be each other's support system. Also you want to make sure that losing this amount of weight is going to still allow you to be healthy and functioning at your best, so seriously consider at least consulting with a professional.
