How can I boost up my energy?!


Question: How can I boost up my energy!?
Well, tomorrow night I'm supposed to run a total of 4 miles in no less than 50 minutes!. But I haven't had much energy lately and not only that but I've been experiencing a lot of joint pain as well!.

So, is there anything I can do to boost my energy levels or at least help my joint pain!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you can book you an appointment to see a messagest right a way, then tonight you should sit and take a long hot bath!. After taking the bath, you should eat a small course meal with tea to eliminate any acids you may have taken in!. Then, sleep for at least 7 hours so your brain can be able to function!. In the morning eat a piece of fruit, a cup of veggies and (if you have some) oatmeal, or else a proper meal like pancakes and eggs or even cereal!. You definitely should stretch before you run and drink plenty of Gatorade!. Drinking lots of water before you run could flush out the vitamins and minerals you've accumulated/ taking in!.

eat a good breakfast and get some carbs in tonight, bread, pasta, potatoes, cereal, rice, carbs carbs carbs will do you loads of good while running!. stay hydrated with WATER!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
