Weight loss experiment?

This is more of an experiment than a goal. I am 6'1", ~203 lbs., BMI is about 27, and by YMCA standards, my body fat percentage is about 17%, but by U.S. Navy standards, is about 33%. Here's my question: how much weight could I loose if I ran for 30-40 minutes a day, and worked out in a gym 1-2 days a week, but did not change my diet, which is a standard 3-meal per day diet, with junk food present about once or twice per 5 days?

I should also mention that my current exercise regiment needs vast amounts of improvement, which is why I am altering it.


Answers:

if you do that everyday and sweat a lot when you exercise......i think you would probably lose like around 20 lbs in a month....................... but if i were you i would cut out the junk food because there not good for your body that's why there called "junk"...........so i suggest not to eat them.............i also suggest that you should probably workout an hour a day coz 30-40 min. is not much............you would probably lose more weight if you exercise an hour a day and remember to sweat.....coz if you don;t it would be useless because i had read in studies that any activities that makes you sweat really helps you lose weight..........and also remember that YOU SHOULD BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU TAKE IN.............coz maybe you exercised a lot but still eat or take more calories than you burn from exercise, then your losing weight would not take effect then....................
