Workout, Eat Right, this sucks..?!


Question: Workout, Eat Right, this sucks!.!.!?
How can I motivate myself to workout and eatright!? I feel overwhellmed (spelling) trying to count calories and crap, and i hate running!. Any ideas!? (i'm 14)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should download a program that you can easily input how much you ate and workout!. I used Fitday and it helped alot!. Take pictures of yourself with a mirror every 3 weeks for motivation!. Do NOT weigh yourself daily but instead every 2-3 weeks because it takes time for the results to show!.

To keep yourself motivated and not hit a plateau, try to listen to new music and get yourself a MP3 player!. Time goes by so fast when you're listening to music and it really helps motivate your body to keep pushing yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one motto my family lives by is EVERYTHING IN MODERATION! if you like to eat, just slowly watch what your eatting and eat it in moderation!. as for working out, do what you enjoy!. personally, i love to run so i love fast-pace work outs!. i would recommed something like kickboxing for that!. otherwise, if your patient enough, try something like yoga or pilates!. those are always fun with your girls!! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
