well you're pretty healthy right now for havnig a weight of 105.
im 14 and 115. but i look like im 105 cuz im just
really slim. its all muscle so when i tell people
im 115 theyre like omgahhhhh.
basically i find eating a lot of fruits is good.
like if you have a craving for junk, eat and apple
or some watermelon. but if you reallllyyyy want
chocolate or something try like strawberries
dipped with small amounts of chocolate.

i cant stand it when girls do that. your body
is still growing and its totally normal for girls
at this age to have a few extra pounds.
whatever you do dont become liek anorexic.
