Umm, I am 5'0 and weigh about 135 , and Im overwight and need to lose wieght fast especillay in the thigh and tummy area!. Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Although that much weight that fast is tricky and can be hurtful if it truly your goal then you will have to clean up your diet a lot and increase your exercise intensity!. You can not spot reduce fat which means you have to reduce your overall fat %!. If you are already exercising then you should switch up your routine and add cardio to about 4 to 5 times a week!. i figured out a way that you can lose 3 pounds a week at least it is easy it only requires you to count calories here is an example you can change the info to your own
here is a technic that if done right will allow yourself to lose 1 pound every two days and 3 punds a week at least!.
First i went and found your BMR it is the rate you body burns calories everyday without doing anything
it was 1552 calories per day
now 1 pound is 3500
so we will take your 1200 calorie diet and add it twice to the 3500
3500
+2400
5900 calories in two days
now we take your BMR *2
and take it away from 5900
5900
-2104
3796
now divide that by two for two days
3796/2
1898
now 1898 is the amount of calories you should exercise off each day
i know that this sounds like a lot but you don't have to do a lot of exercise to burn this you can calculate how many calories you burn off with this website

Maybe you can check the calories per day that you should eat, maybe you are eating a lot of foods but no getting the nutrients that you need for a healthy diet and maybe you are not making enough physical activities for burn the extra calories!. Check this site has calories calculators and tips::

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.

It would be unsafe for you to lose that much weight that fast!. Just start a diet and start running and jumping rope!. That is the best way, but it won't happen in 4 weeks!. Sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
