Does walking for 45 min really make that much of a difference?!


Question: Does walking for 45 min really make that much of a difference!?
So, i wanna start to exercise cuz im out of shape, but idk if walking for 45 min 3 times a week will really make that much of a difference!. Will i get in shape or lose weight!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sure will help you to lose weight and get in shape!. However, once your body adjust to your walking and your heart rate adjusts, you need to kick it up a notch and maybe fast walk for 45 min!.
Depending on your weight you will burn Approx!. 250-300 calories if you walk (without stopping in between) for 45 min!.
If you combine that with a good diet, you will see much better results!. (this is a long process, so dont expect a 2 week turn around) Consistency is key to losing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight, you need to walk at least 30 minutes a day EVERY DAY (by walking at least 30 minutes (about 2 miles) a day EVERY DAY you will lose about 25 pounds in a year)!. By walking one hour a day (approximately 4 miles) you can lose up to 100 pounds in a year!.

You will lose weight faster than if you did nothing!. Start walking, and eventually you'll begin to jog!. Hopefully this will lead you to do more types of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't knock it! ALL exercise is good, esp stuff that you can fit into your normal life!. You will get in shape AND lose weight, but it has to be brisk, and wear good trainers, and you will have to change your diet too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
