ok i started my journey on p90x and its an awesome wrkout!. one problem im extremely sore any tips on how to reduce thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

I fully understand what you mean!. I thought I was in pretty good shape when I started but wow I was sore!. The good news is that the EXTREME soreness only lasted the first week and a half or so!. I still get sore but no where near the beginning soreness!.
For me I just made sure I warmed up with them every time!. Also I made sure to really stretch my muscles during warm ups!. At the end I always took time to cool down and stretch with them!. That being said there were still times when I was sore!.
After a few days I started to soak in the bathtub and also had a massage on neck, back, and chest!. Those were the parts that hurt me most!.
Now the only thing that gets extremely sore are my abs from AbRipperX but I still can't figure out what helps them :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

To help prevent soreness in the future, and alleviate some of it now, be sure to:
1!. Always warm-up for 5-10 minutes and cool-down for at least 5 minutes
2!. Stretch after a warm-up, during your workout, and after you are done!. Only stretch when your muscles are already warm from some kind of light activity!.
3!. Stay active!. The more your muscles move, the faster they remove the lactic acid build-up that can cause soreness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a protein shake immediately after your workout to help your muscles rebuild, and make sure to leave a day of rest in between workouts!.

you should only be working out everyother day for one, ! And yes, put some ice on have a bubble bath and stretch everyday!Www@Answer-Health@Com
