Anorexia, or starving one's self is probably the most popular by far!. I hear of teenage women doing this all the time, just to shed off 10-20 pounds, even though they don't normally have to lose the weight in the first place!. They are always subconsicious about their weight and would probably kill a man to lose a couple pounds!.
Other women try eating as little as possible, like 300-600 calories!. They are a little wiser then the anorexics, because they realize the need to eat, but they are eating so little that the body thinks it's being starved, and stores a bunch of excess fat to compensate for the lost calories!. In the end, these people lose little weight or gain back twice as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Others will do colon cleanses for double the duration!.
