Question: What are the best foods for a healthy diet!?
I recently turned 19 years old and I was at the beach, and I realized, wow, i lost that youthful figure and I'm still so young that I would like to keep it up! I am a tad bit taller than 5"7' and I weight 145 pounds!. I know I'm not overweight but I certainly know that I'm not fit and I do not eat the way I should!. The specific weight I would like to lose is the stomach fat/love handles!. I want to gain enough muscle to destroy the fat around my stomach!. I get the jist of what to do for exercise and what to eat but I wanted to know specifics!. Like what foods should I be eating everyday!? What are the healthiest!? What is the best way to lose weight!? How often do I have to work out!? How often will I have to workout to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of july!?
