Summer weight loss plan?!


Question: Summer weight loss plan!?
well!. im 14!. im not fat, but i just have a little bit of extra baby fat to lose!. i only want to lose about 15 pounds!. everyday, i usually eat a bowl of wheaties, one of those little 100 calorie snack packs, and something for dinner!. usually macaroni!. so im not eating ALOT, but im also on thyroid medicine that slows down my metabolism!. everday i swim!. some days i mow grass!. im pretty active!. i cant understand why im not losing weight though!.=[ i want to lose some, because im about to go to high school!.
any advice!?

but i lost 5 pounds so far and this is what i do

i ride my bike for an hour 3 days a week and go walking for an hour 4 days a week, im a vegeterian so i dont eat meat but for you i would say protein and try to stay away from the carbs!. Make sure you sleep well and b4 you go exercising try to take a cold shower

stick to lowfat foods and foods that have a good amount of protein!.!.!.
