Whats your workout regiment ?!


Question:

Whats your workout regiment ?

Im 17 years old and starting to work out at a gym for the summer.If you guys can help me with tips on working out, diet, when to work out...pretty much anything that works. I also hear that when lefting weights its important to breath while doing it? im not sure. I'd like to have at least some muscle to show off to the ladies,lol. Anyway your help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.


Answers:

Monday, wed, friday, upper body. Bicept, tricept chest and back. about 1.5 hours

Tue and thurs- legs, thighs, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. About 1hr or so
