What do you think of this meal plan?!


Question: What do you think of this meal plan!?
Breakfast: yogurt and/or fruit(banana, apple)
OR special k cereal and 2% milk (following the serving sizes)

Lunch: turkey sandwich (98% lean turkey, whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp light mayo) and fruit(apple, grapes) or veg(carrots and fat free dressing)
OR tuna with veg and fruit or salad

Dinner: Lean Cuisine ( I know they aren't the best but they work for my schedule) and small salad w/fat free dressing
OR a large salad w/fat free dressing and grilled chicken

Snacks: fruit (grapes, banana), low fat string cheese, or almonds

Exercise:
I take a 30-45 minute walk with my son in the stroller 4-5 times per week!.
20 mins on the elliptical 3 times per week!.
For "weight" I just use my son (lifting him over my head 20 times and then to the sides and so on!.!.he is 24lbs!.)

I only drink water (at least 64oz!. per day)!. I only eat what is listed above!.

Will this work!? I want to loose about 50lbs!. I don't have a time frame in mind, just the sooner the better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't expect magic to happen (and trust me you don't want to lose it excessively fast) but yea!.!.!. just make sure that your walk has some amount of speed in it too burn off more calories!.!.!.

Your diet sounds like my diet when I'm in wrestling season!. It keeps my weight down, and, if I wasn't at 6% body fat already, would drastically lower my weight beyond what it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like rye bread better and yea Lean Cuisines are not the best choice, In fact I would say there a straight bad choice!. You can come up with a better dinner then that!. Why not just make some good healthy dinners at a time thats good for you and then just heat them up at dinner!. Also I hope you eat enough!. You should never feel hungry!. Also A 5 min period spent running hard will do wonders!. Just give me 5 min's where you run hard Take breaks as needed but as much as you can run hard!. Sounds Healthy though!. I like it!.
