Question: Bodybuilding Supplements!. Points Awarded for Best Answer!!?
Today i bought the following:
Body Fortress Creatine, 908g
Body Fortress Milk & Egg Protein, 397g
Maximuscle Muscle & Size Progain, 800g

I plan to do 2 - 3 workouts a week

when should i take the supplements!? before, after training or take hourly!?

How long will it last!?

any additional infomation about the supplements i should know please say!

Take your creatine approximately 15-20 minutes pre workout!. Some people even suggest taking a serving post workout as well!.
The protein you bought is best used as a protein supplement later after your workout!. The Whey Protein is fast acting, which is best for pre and psot workout!. The Egg Albumin in your protien is a slow acting protein meaning it takes longer to digest!. My suggestion is you take the protien yo have now and use it before bed!. Using this protein before bed will allow your boody to utilize the fast acting protein to start regenerating muscle when you rest( when we actually build muscle) and the Egg will slowly digest over the course of the evening allowing constant protein uptake for maximum muscle growth!.
Go back to the store and buy a WHEY protein only for pre and post workout!.
As a rule of thumb in order to build muscle mass you should take in 2grams of protein per pound of Bodyweight per day!. Also take in simple carbohydrates right after your workout for an insuling spike to "suck up" the creatine and protein!. By mixing your creatine in a bottle of gatorade this will accomplish your objective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
