:) - if you want to lose weight and not have saggy skin you will need to 1) lose weight slowly, 2) work out with weights (or toning bands) in addition to running and 3) drybrush your skin daily with a body brush!.

People who have saggy skin after weight loss are the ones who lose weight quickly from dieting alone without exercising!. Exercising tones the skin!.

Drybrushing your skin will help to tighten and tone your skin!. You can drybrush your skin everyday before your daily bath or shower!. Get a good natural bristle back brush!. Start at the extremities and always brush toward the heart (start at your feet and work your way up your legs, start at your hands and work your way up your arms)!. You can brush in straight lines or in circles!. Drybrush ALL of your skin!. Drybrushing your skin should take no more than 5 minutes!. In addition to tightening and toning your skin, drybrushing will exfoliate and leave you with BEAUTIFUL skin from head to toe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that your aunt is right - you are young enough for it all to bounce back!. But I would say 6lbs a month max!.
DO IT NOW - my neighbour has lost what you want to lose, but she was 43 - and she really does have a lot of that saggy stretchy skin, so she looks beautifully slim with all her clothes on but I wouldn't want to see her naked!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You won't, because the dermis shrinks to the proper size, unless you get gastric surgory, and for that matter, you've got nothing to fear, because it doesn't start the sage every unless your exetremly old, and the easy fix is just gaining muscle!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your skin will go back to its original form as long as you dont lose it too fast- my mom lost 60lbs in a month (she went through an aweful divorce) and the skin naturally, wont go back- it doesnt matter the age etc- just that its being done the right wayWww@Answer-Health@Com
