Question: Weightloss plan!?
Hi, I'm 14, 4'11", and somewhere around 100lbs!. I need to lose some fat around my tummy and thighs!. I horseback ride 5 days a week (ride 1-3 ponies a day) and do chores at the barn!. I also recently took up pilates and will do them for 40 mins a few days a week!. For breakfast I will eat oatmeal, a grapefruit, or a small bowl of cereal!. For lunch: yogurt with blueberries and granola and a piece of fruit, or a rice-cake sandwich with PB in the middle and a piece of fruit!. For dinner: just eat whatever until I'm less hungry!. For snakes: pieces of granola bars, ect!. just to keep my tummy from rumbling!. Is this a good plan for me to lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
