Answers:
Well, chili pepper IS very good for you and will only bother your stomach Only if you already have an ulcer or are developing one! An ulcer is like a little cut in your tummy that is caused by BACTERIA not chili!. Having problems when you eat spicy foods only means you already developed a problem and its manifesting itself!. Its like when you cut your finger and it stings with certain things!. The thing is people think that when they eat chili it hurts therefore "chili is bad"!. What you can do to avoid an ulcer is actually avoid foods that create bad bacteria in stomach such as bread, yeast- beer, sugary things, fast food, etc!. And stock up on good anti bacterial foods, such as good veggies such as "broccoli carrots, and even garlic cinnamon etc!. and plain yogurt or probiotics!. You don't have to a health nut just be aware of whats going on!. Actually red chili pepper such as cayenne is one of the best things for the body for its an anti fungal, and it increases circulation which is really good for many reasons ;)!. I know I over simplified everything but its hard to explain everything that goes on in the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually I came a feature on this in a UK magazine just last week!. Apparently hot chilli peppers - the hotter the better - are actually really good for loosing weight!. They shouldn't cause you any problems as they are part of many south american and asian dishes and eaten regulary by people in those regions of the world without problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
