Should i eat even when im not hungry...??!


Question: Should i eat even when im not hungry!.!.!.!?!?
im trying to gain muscle mass and i know it matter how often u eat but should i eat 6 meals even if im not hungry for all 6 usally im hungry for 4 meals maybe 5 but in the last meal make sure i get in all my protein and still have a sufficent amount of cals what should i do!.!.!.eat the 6th time even if im not hungry or does it not matter if i have a 5hr gap between two meals!? wil this effect my muscle growth at all!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm gaining muscle mass also, but you don't have to eat 6 meals a day!. I eat three big meals and then snacks in-between!. But I also drink a gallon of water a day!. I usually drink 1-2 protein shakes a day also!. The protein I have is from GNC!. Good luck man!. Water helps you gain muscle mass because your muscles retain water, so drink lots of it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just try to cut down the amount of food in your meals!. The point is to keep your metab!. going inbetween meals!. If you make them a bit smaller then you should be able to eat the sixth without feeling like your eating when you don't want to!. I usually just make sure I eat something even if I'm not feeling it,( just make sure when you do it a solid meal you make it count by getting what you need out of it protein and calories wise) but it can be something simple as some carrots or a granola bar!. You just want to make sure your eating every few hours to keep that body working!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey, those 6 meals, none of them are suppose to fill you up!.!.!. theyre just suppose to satisfy your hunger so you can last another 2 hours before eating something again!. keep it light but high in whatever it is you want (protein)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if i was u, then i would eat at least every 3 hrs and eat alot of meat for dinner and lunch! u need to eat healthy though, otherwise ur muscle aint gonna grow!Www@Answer-Health@Com
