Question: How can i lose 20 lbs this year!?
I want to lose 20 lbs, Is it possible lose them by December of this year!? I'm going to start going to the gym but what else can i do!? What machines would be the best to use for cardio!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this, you'll see and feel results in 2-3 days!. The muscle will outweigh the fat so don't let the scale discourage you :)

For exercise, try switching it up (Monday work on arms, Tuesday work on stomach, Wednesday work on legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs) though you can choose your own schedule/plan!. Try maybe using different machines for stomach or legs or arms so your body doesn't get used to it!. Also, try increasing the amount of exercise you do every week!.

For eating, try portion control (70% of your diet is food intake but exercise is also important) eating the serving size and if there is no designated serving size, 1cup if it's a meal and 1/2 a cup if it's a snack!.

Breakfast- Whenever you choose
Drink of choice- hour after breakfast (all other drinks being water; one cup of drink of choice)
Lunch- 1hr after Drink of choice
Snack- 1/2 cup, 1 hour after lunch
Dinner- 2 hours after snack

It doesn't matter WHAT you eat unless you're on a specific diet such as Atkins, it's mostly just How MUCH we take in and how OFTEN we take it in!. I have problems with over-eating and I'll eat an ice cream, oh I want another and it's not b/c I'm hungry it's b/c I have a craving for it and it feels like I can't wait!. Also, eating out of boredom, try drinking water often to prevent hunger!. I also have this problem and especially when I'm exercising!. (Try buying a treadmill or a few exercising supplies or maybe you can get a gym subscription) and bring with you in an insulated glass/mug full of ice b/c I always and alot of other people always want a little something to feel like their eating or munching on and this is perfect b/c it's hydrating and you get the little munch out of it!.
Also, how I said about buying some equipment or gym subscription, I'd recommend you buy your own that way you pay a little extra and the rest is free not 1/2 the price every month or whatever!. Try buying about the things (one for legs, one for stomach, one for legs and maybe as you get more into, you could add more)!. Also, if you lift weights try increasing the amount of weight each weeks or two!. :)

I'm twelve and this has always worked for me b/c I have a fat gene and I always maintained my weight and lost it if I got off track :)

Also if you go to youtube!.com and search 8 minute abs, 8 minute legs, 8 minute arms, and 8 minute buns you can do those and only do one video a day one different one each day, trust me only once :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

20 lbs in a week!?!?!?!? Yeah, um, only if you want to be hospitalized!. I don't even think 20 lbs in a week is possible!!

It is totally possible to lose 20 lbs by December, even less time if you work yourself! Dieting is key!. No matter how much you work out, you won't get the results you want without dieting!. Lots of fruits and veggies and little fat is a great way to go!. Protein that you will find in meat and eggs are a great way to build muscle as well!. Cut carbs too, meaning small portions of bread, pasta and rice!.

As far as exercise goes, cardio helps you to lose weight everywhere on your body!. I find a good way to do this is running around a track, but if track isn't your thing, elliptical machines are great too, as well as bike machines or an actual bike!. Core excercises are key as well, try doing different target crunches on a medium exercise ball, the ball with provide the resistance you need to build more muscle!. For arms and general weightlifting, start at a weight that is slightly challenging and work at it until it becomes easier!. Its best to increase the weight usually by 5-10 lbs every week!. This also helps build muscle!.

The biggest key to losing weight is consistency!. Cheating on a diet and skipping the gym never help!. Don't overwork yourself, but challenge yourself at the same time!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything cardio works great, it just depends on what you are comfortable with: aerobics, dancing, treadmills, StairMasters, swimming, and ellipticals all work, it just depends if you want to work on a certain group of muscles!. What is most important is that you keep your heart rate up for around 25 min or more that way your body has time to burn fat instead of just using up the sugars stored in your liver!.

As far as food goes, I would try to cut out fatty foods out of your diet, pack a lunch, freeze leftovers to make it easier!. Drinking lots of water helps a lot, cut out soda as much as possible!. Eating small meals and snacks throughout the day is better than eating 3 large meals!. Don't eat dinner too late when you can help it!. If you are craving something sweet, try to have fruits instead of sugary candies, the type of sugar in fruits are metabolized differently by our bodies than sweets!.

Do what you can, any of these things will help!. Don't forget to cheat on your diet every once in a while to stay sane, but don't pig out or you will gain it all back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's 100 percent possible to lost 20 pounds!. My sister and I have been working out for only a month and she has dropped 20 pounds and I have dropped 10 (which was my goal)!. To lose 20 pounds from now till December, you need to eat well!. Eat low calorie foods, and eat a lot of fruits and veggies!. Also, working out is a must!. I take a mile jog around my neighborhood every day and that show improvements!. Also I have this workout dvd that I do everyday too!. It's a quick 15 minute workout and its belly dancing!. So its fun, and a good workout!. Cardio dvds are good too!. These dvds can be purchased online or at local stores!. Also if you have on demand on your t!.v there is a fitness section and there are tons of exercise videos that I do on there

100 situps
100 lunges
100 frogjumps
100 crunches
and i run a couple miles one day and the next 10 miles!. 400m!. also

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not drink soda
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

Eat less exersize more by riding a bicycle!. You do not need a gym to do that!. Skim milk and water also and quit the sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tredmill,crosscountry,eliptical are all good but cardio alone wont take you anywhere!.!.!.make sure you do toning exercises too for best results at least 5 days a week!.!.!.portion control your food intake and results will be great!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm no expert at all, but I imagine cutting calories and running, even on a treadmill, can get you to your goal easily! Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
