Cut the crap food! Cut the soda, the sugars, drink more water, eat healthier foods (cut the fast food). Start excercising. Start with walking, then get into some cardio, lift weights, start with 4lb dumbells, and do simple stuff. Don't overdo it if you don't excercise, build up to it. Best of Luck!
