Is it really important to eat breakfast foods for breakfast?!


Question: Is it really important to eat breakfast foods for breakfast!?
What i'm asking is: do i have to eat like oatmeal , eggs, etc for breakfast in order to help start up my metobolism to help loose weight, or can i have lunch foods like lean pockets and things i usally eat for lunch( lean cuisine, turkey sandwiches on whole wheat etc) , but have them in the morning if i sleep in late!.

but there is a reason that eggs and cereal and pancakes have become tradition!. protein and healthy carbs are the best way to start your day!.
but that doesn't mean you have to eat those type!.
in fact, one of the smartest breakfasts is FISH, very non-traditional!.

heads up: lean pockets and lean cuisines are so full of sodium that it might not be a good base for losing weight!.!.!.!. not that you can't eat them on occasion, but don't make them a staple!. turkey on whole wheat!? a perfect breakfast!.!.!. good low fat protein with a good quality carb!.

make sure your breakfasts are low on the glycemic scale, to keep you fuller throughout the day to help you lose weight! a spike in your blood sugar will have you running for junk food by noon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter what you eat as long as you eat something!. I worked at the YMCA in the fitness center and the personal trainers informed me of this!. It is important to eat something in the morning though!. It gets your metabolism going for the day!. I like to eat Spaghetti for breakfast sometimes :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've recently started eating a hamburger patty, pan-fried with a handful of raw spinach mixed in!. Every other day I'll have a free-range egg and on other days I'll eat some avocado!. I do this every morning for breakfast!.

So far, I've lost over 20 pounds in 3 months!.

I've given up sugar, wheat, and dairy!. So I'm not eating processed foods!.
