Oatmeal for breakfast every day!.!.!. and if oatmeal with water makes you gag make 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 cup skim (fat free) milk!. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey!. It's creamy instead of mushy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cholesterol isn't the bad thing!. It's only bad once it sticks in the scars in your arteries!. Your own body produces cholesterol naturally!. The problem arises from a poor diet that lacks folic acid!. You produce a by-product when you eat protein, and if you do not consume enough folic acid to combat it, it goes into your heart and scars up your arteries, allowing cholesterol in your blood to start sticking to it!.

Take a folic acid supplement!. It's a B vitamin and you can take as many of those as you want (I asked my doctor)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
