Question: Can anyone please tell me the best way to lose 15-20 lbs in 30 days!?
since I had my child 7 years ago I have had a real problem losing weight!. I had never had to lose before hand!. And I'm getting married in 30 days!. I would like to lose this weight for our wedding!. Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay!.!.!. Only work out every other day so the muscle Tishue has enough time to re build stronger, Now here's what to do every other day!

1!. 100 Sit Ups
2!. 50 V Snaps
3!. 50 froggys
4!. 30 Times jumping and touching our knees to stomache
5!. 10 leg lifts if you have a bar!.!.

And don't forget! Once every other day ; )

Tip:: Also try to eat low calorie foods, aka!. Melons, Cucumbers, Fruits,etc!

hahahahahahahahaha!. by the time you are an adult you should know that this is completely un- realistic!. and if you do any hardcore work outs or diets you gain it back faster and even put on more pounds after and more, and more!.!.!.it never really stops!. so, sorry:(Www@Answer-Health@Com
