Question: I hate running so what are some other options!? Please Help!?
ok i hate running because everytime i just go so tired and its so boring!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.so now i have started biking 3 miles a day insted of running !.6 miles!.!.!.!.!.but i want to be able to run faster and loose fat around my stomache so i can see my 6 pack!.!.!.!.!.will biking do this!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and if it won't what are some other options besides running!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you DIET plays a huge part in the visibility of abs!.!. So keep that in check!. Also like you, im not a fan of running!. Try circuit training in the gym, im not gonna sit here and write a routine because you can find something on the net!. But I will tell you that circuit training burns close to 3 times the calories as traditional cardio ie!. running, eliptical etc!.!. So give that a shot kid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do you want to be able to run faster if you hate running!?

Anything that gets your heart pumping will be just as good as running!. Remember, even if running burns more calories, if you hate it, you won't do it!. Meanwhile, if you do something you enjoy--biking perhaps--then you're more likely to do it often and for longer!.

Biking is good and so is: volleyball, rowing, swimming, walking, basketball, soccer, jumping rope, boxing, aerobics, stair climbing, dancing!.!.!.the list goes on!. Find something you like to do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Biking usually helps the legs, i dont really think that it would help your stomach!. Running doesnt really help your stomach either!. You should try situps, they would definately help your stomach!. As for being able to run faster, i think that biking would help you with that since it does strengthen your legs!. Sorry if i'm not much help!. Good luck! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have access to a gym, an eliptical training would be a good option since it simulates running!. If you have the money, you can buy one for your home!. Most sporting goods stores will offer you a line of credit (same as cash for a period of time) to pay it off with low monthly payments!. I bought one from sears about six years ago doing this!Www@Answer-Health@Com

biking should work!. if it doesnt try others!. there are many alternatives, like swimming(helps a lot), basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, baseball, kickball, football, and etc!. you should try them!.

biking is easier but swimming is by far the best work out, it works every muscle in the body and its the easiest work out to get used too

Swimming is pretty nice!
"Spinning " classes are also popular
