Is 5'5 1/2 and 141 pounds at age 15 a little fat?!


Question: Is 5'5 1/2 and 141 pounds at age 15 a little fat!?
I feel I have to much body fat, is this too much fat because I don't like it and my belly has a little extra than I want!. Do you know how to burn lower abdominal fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how much muscle you have!. You could be really fat and weak, or you could be pretty really fit, buff and strong, but have no fat!. So it really depends on the fat to muscle ratio!. If you want to burn the fat off anyways, workouts are not absolutely necesary, the main thing is to watch your diet!. With a controled diet of under 2500 calories, because of your age, you will slowly lose with!. If you intake 2000 calories a day for a week, the average person will lose a pound of fat!. I recommend dieting, and working out will help, but it's not gonna make you lose any weight!. Hope this helped ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey I'm 46, 5'5" and I weigh 170 and when I complain that I'm fat(I know I am) my girl friends say I'm not fat!. Activity is the answer!. Sit ups, a lot of them!. Walking!. You have a computer, look it up to find out what works best for you!. Get enough sleep, reduce stress, instead of drinking soda, drink water!. I'd like to weigh 141 again!. a little, but not obese or anything!. I remember hearing you should allow 100 for 5 foot, and 5 lbs for each inch over that (can't remember where or how I heard it)!. It also depends on bone structure and density, and you have to see muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
