What's a healthy dinner I can have that has a lot of protein!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is one of my favorates:
- Chicken breast or fish baked in the oven with fresh herbs
- Handful of steamed Edamame (my favorate) high in soy protein and fiber!.
- Mixed salad with nuts, raisons, and a little low fat cottage cheese!. (no dressing!.!.!.add some fruit for taste)
- small amount of muti grain rice
- Water
this is very low cal (less than 400 cal) and low fat!.
High in protein and fiber!. really good too~

A healthy dinner would consist of a helping of meat (your protein), three vegetables and starch in the form of rice or potatoes!.
If you are in need of extra protein, you could add eggs to your mashed potatoes at dinner time and have a healthy dessert such as an egg custard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

anything with all natural food!. feta/gorganzola cheese crumbled with some almonds over spring leaves and some cut pears with balsamic dressing!. thats what my mom eatsWww@Answer-Health@Com
