I need advice, or at least some sort of reasonable comfort...?!

Question: I need advice, or at least some sort of reasonable comfort!.!.!.!?
I'm trying desperately to lose weight!. I eat healthy, I exercise!.!.!.i don't drink!.!.!.I started to focus on the gym 2 months ago when I realized I gained 10 pounds!. I was so happy and optimistic about it and still are!.!.!.anyway, after the two months I stepped on the scale and realized I gained 5 more pounds!. I cried, I was so feeling so good with the gym and my eating and whatever and no!. Then i thought of using the excuse of me looking more toned but no,seems like nobody notices any "positive" changes in my body except me!. So ok, I smiled again and focus more on my eating habits (since somebody told me i probably wasn't eating right) so i decided i needed something more precise so I joined the Herbalife program!. It's supposed to be more than perfect right!? since this way I have more control about what I eat plus they seemed pretty confident about me making me lose weight!. So it's been a week and nothing, not even one single pound for bloody motivation!. Idk what's wrong with my body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just need to give it more time! Weightloss can take a long time, especially if you don't have a lot to lose!. Two months really isn't very long!. For me, I didn't see visible results until month three!. Also, DON'T LOOK AT THE SCALE!! How much you weigh does not matter!. It is just discouraging, as you have found out the hard way! Just focus on how you look and feel!. If you are following a sensible diet and exercising a few times a week, there is no way you won't get in shape!. Just keep that in mind! You might want to try adding an extra day of workouts and changing your workout up alot so your body doesn't get used to doing the same thing over and over!.!.!.

Just hang in there and give it time!.!.!.!.it will happen!Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyone is different!. I'm sure your toning up a bit!. just keep at the cardio, and not so much of the weights!. drink lots of water!.

keep your chin up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Haha, okay, I'm 14, had the same problem last year!. I was 4 pounds overweight!. Now the thing is, muscle weighs more than fat!. You said you went to the gym, right!? Well, running on a treadmill, lifting weights, whatever, you're building up muscle mass, and most likely losing fat!. So yeah, try to measure what you lose more in fat that in weight!.

What I did last year was take pictures of myself with my shirt of weekly!. Kind of gay, lmao, and stupid, I know, but I had to lose it for the football team!. And yeah, it worked!. At the end of 2 months, I had looked back on the pictures from the start, and the fat that had built up was gone, but I weighed 6 pounds more than I did before!.

So basically what I'm saying is, you're probably building up muscle and losing fat!. So don't worry if you weigh more, just worry about losing the blubber!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it was probably 5 lbs of muscle, which will burn more fat!

for a healthy weight loss plan, do this:
- lots and lots of cardio, ex!. biking, treadmill, swimming, etc, which is essential to fat loss
- also dont forget to do muscle toning excersisez - very important as well!
- do midsection excersizes everyday, as this muscle group doesnt need to recover for more than a day
- do upper and lower midsection excersizes every other day, since these muscle groups need at least one whole day off or more to recover from workout
- if you have extra time do yoga to increase bloodflow and overall well being

eat;
- whole grains, ex!. whole wheat bread, pasta (not alot), rice, etc
- dairy foods - ex!. milk, some low-fat (not fat-free, otherwise youll miss out on healthy fat), etc
- yogurt, low fat
- drink lots of water to stay moisturized and full of energy
- eat lean meats ex!. chicken, lean ground beef, etc
- and of course, lots of fruits and veggies as snacks

tips - dont rush while working out, invite friends to work out with you, dont ignore stretching (helps body recover from excersize in turn allowing you to work each excerisize to your fullest potential), and DONT GET DISCOURAGED

good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't really understand a program that is "more than perfect!." "Programs" in general tend to be gimmicks and they usually don't work in the long run anyway!. I don't know much about Herbalife, but you should be skeptical!.

Secondly, based on this question, I can't really answer what's "wrong" with your body!. You haven't provided much information whatsoever!. What do you do when you're at the gym!? How many times do you go!? What does your diet consist of!? Are you stressed out!? Is your body changing due to age!? These are questions that you need to answer for yourself and examine!.

Lastly, measure yourself with tape and track those changes as well!. Don't rely on what others are saying about you!. It could be that you are, in fact, gaining muscle, in which case you'll be getting smaller!. How are your clothes fitting!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
