What are some exercises that minimize the hip/butt/thigh area?!


Question: What are some exercises that minimize the hip/butt/thigh area!?
I have a curvy figure (a la Jessica Beil, Kim Kardashian)!.!.!.i don't want to change my shape at all just minimize the fat in my butt & thighs, if that makes any sense!. What are some tried & true routines you know of!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on youtube, this girl has six or seven segments on how to get your hip/butt/thigh area in shape!. The workouts are simple and they really help!. In the search bar on youtube type in "thigh workout" and her videos should show up, just so you can recognize her she is wearing black sweat pants and a black tank top and she is doing the workout outside (i also put a link down below)!. From what I know, there is no clear way to lose fat from a certain part of the body!. You lose it pretty much uniformly!. You can tone the muscles by doing all the exercises already mentioned (pilates is my favorite) and eating a low fat semi low carb diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to up cardio!.!.!.only way to lose the fat (along with a healthy diet) also squats are the best exercise for those trouble areas!. Also a good fast -paced walk is good for the butt and legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lunges, squats, and try using the weight machines at the gym made for building muscle in those areas good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
