Trying to get down to 129?!


Question: Trying to get down to 129!?
I'm 14, 5' 5'', and very active (as in I play 5 sports)
but I still weigh 154!. My diet is a mess!.
How can i get to my ideal weight of 129 before summer is over!?

Please be specific!. I mean, I know to eat low- calorie food and such, but i need specific foods that I should eat!.

And if you have any exercise tips, they are also welcome, but they aren't really needed because I'm already active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3!. 50 froggys
4!. 30 Times jumping and tuching our knees to stomache
5!. 10 leg lifts if you have a bar!.!.

And dont forget! Once everyother day ; )
