Question: Im 17 and think I am a fat skinny person HELP!?
Im 5'5 118lbs
Im going on a beach holiday in 2 months and wna wear a bikini
How can I tone up!?
I dont have time cos im in year 12 and work!.
15-20 mins each day
what can I do!?

Answers:
Probably doing crunches/sit-ups(tummy), pull-ups(im assuming the fat is on the underside of your arm, as with most girls), and doing stairs/walking(legs) that should take care of that, as for chin, i would say to eat 5 small meals a day and do 30 min of cardio every day to help loose that little extra bit of weight

do sit ups every night, walk anywhere you can and try to cut out fatty foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well u can start with eating healthier and doing crunches and push ups and u can lift 10 pound dungbells or wat ever they are clled and that should help u tone upWww@Answer-Health@Com
