Can someone help me with a diet and exercise plan?!


Question: Can someone help me with a diet and exercise plan!?
First, I'm 15 and I weigh 114 lbs!. I'm going back to school on the 7th of next month and I want to tone up!.
I'm not even saying I want to lose that much weight- I just want to be noticeably toned & thinner!.
And I have 25 days to do so!.

Can someone give me some plans!? :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

WOW YOUR SKINNY! :D im 12!.!.5'2!.!.!.108 pounds so 2me your very skinny :) but if you want to get toned and thinner you could go running!.!.!.!.join sports they are way fun! :D you could eat healthy food!.!.!.BUT DONT SKIP MEALS! it messes up your body :D anyways GOOD LUCKY!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep eating!. If you like junk food and fastfood restraunts once in a while, stop them at once!. No soda!. Drink grapefruit juice, go for walks and do some scrunches!. I don't think you need to loose weight but if you want to polish a couple of inches off your body and get tone, this is the way to go without killing yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
