Exercise schedule,which is best?!


Question: Exercise schedule,which is best!?
Is it better to exercise every day,or to do it every other day!?I want to lose weight but not wear myself out or hurt myself!.I am jogging/walking 35 min!.,then lifting weight,then doing around 50 crunches!.I have been doing this every day!.ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
I would try to build it up to about 5 times a week!. It is best for your body if you have a longer recovery such as two days off in a row!.

It also depends on what you do during the day!. If you have a job and are working 8 hours a day then you may not want to do as much as someone who does not work and has more energy!.

It sounds like your exercise plan is good, but make sure to add variety to it and maybe change it every 3-4 weeks (biking, pushups, swimming, different exercises)!.
