Zantrex-3???!

Zantrex-3???

Well I have been taking Zantrex-3 for almost a week. now, i don't expect this to work over night or anything...but i'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with this weight loss pill? if so, what were your results in what amount of time?..and also, what were your side effects? thankyou! =)

I lost like 10 pounds on Xantrex-3. I watched my eating, although lacked in excersize. It gave me head aches, made me shakey, and kept me from sleeping. It does cause insomnia so never take it atleast 4 hours before bed, or you'll find yourself awake. I guess it does give rapid weight loss, but you have to keep it up yourself, becuase the weight does come back. The only thing I'd recomend this pill for is a jumpstart to a healthy diet. Lose some weight and then do it healthy but regular excersize and a healthy diet. Don't use it if it makes you feel bad, and continual use will result in the worst, my sister over did it and lost all her iron along with a bunch of other terrible side effects. Good luck!
