I want to get ready to go back to school after a summer of eating?

I really need to have my legs either more toned or just slimmer and I wanted to know how to do that. What exercises would be the most helpful/ or what diet?


Answers:

To target the toning legs i'd suggest doing light lunges(low weight hi reps) and calf raises. Running will help with definition too... as for 'dieting' u shouldn't ever restrict calories or carbs or anything else cuz all you'll do is lose water weight which will come right back. just take how much you already eat and break it up in to smaller meals throughout the day. (5 equal proportioned meals a day at least 3 hours apart is ideal from women). eating in smaller portions works wonders on your metabolism !
