I do arm crunches similar to what stomache crunches are!.!.!. in essense I hold my arms out wide and then slightly turn them forward then back for sets of 200, then do the reverse direction, then do it all again with them down by my side, I also do a set of 200 weightless barbell reps!.!.!.the added bonus to this is if you are female your breasts should always remain perky and firm (keeps them from drooping or sagging) !.!.!. with arms out, or to the side it also feels good to do side twists/swaysWww@Answer-Health@Com
swim freestyle without kicking your legs!. sooo toning!. also handstand pushups!. that will get you RIPPED!. 5 a day is plenty enough!. when you get good then take it up a notch!. eat a steak!. it helps with lean muscle!. stretch a lot after doing any of these!. and "girly" pushups too if u want it more lean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
a simple Way to tone up your arms is ti get a tin of beans or something out of the kitchen cupboard and hold it in your hand and lift, bending your elbow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some small dumbells (you can get a set from Argos)!. Lots of reps is what you need to do!. It should come with an exercise sheet too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
just buy some 5 lb weights or those weight bags you wrap around your wrisa sorry i forgot what their called those will condition your arms the heavy weights are what builds the muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
