Why is my weight going up and down?!


Question: Why is my weight going up and down!?
I cant keep it stable anymore!!
One day im 120 pounds the next im 122 and so on!.!.!.!.its making me depressed,as its slowly changing and I feel like im putting on weight, and lots!!!
How do i keep it stable, im already eating well and excerisising lots!.!.!.!.I was doing so well and now ive hit a brick wall :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most people lose motivation by looking at the scale to often!. So pick a day, maybe Sunday, one day out of the whole week to weigh yourself!. Don't make it a habit!. Now remember, those lbs that might be going up are going up for a reason, maybe it's water weight, which will travel through your body in no time, it's normal really!. Don't ever weigh yourself after a meal, because it might boost you up a bit!. Give it some time, and you'll reach your destination, trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The 2 pounds could be due to water loss!. You may weigh lighter early in the morning and weigh heavier at night due to your food and water intake!.

It's perfectly normal!. Don't need to feel depressed already since you're eating right and exercising!.

Unless it's 8 pounds difference, you don't have to be distraught about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it all depends when you get on the scale
For example, one dy right after dinner
Another, right after you wake up
Another, after you go to the bathroom
I do the same thing my weight always bounces up and down, but never more than two pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First don't look at a scale everyday!.!.!.every week is just fine!

You could be gaining muscle, which weighs more then fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone's weight bounces up and down like that!. It could possibly be that your weighing yourself at different times!. Don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
