recently ive gained some weight!.!.!.and i cant really stand it at all!. im not sure how much weight i should loose, like i dont wanna over do it but i dont wanna under do it!. http://www!.flickr!.com/photos/28536674@N0!.!.!. that is it and in this i was running lol so thats why my hands are like that, etc!. but yea could u tell me if u think i am in ok shape or not and what amount of weight should loose in ur opinion!? and u dont have to but if ucan state ur age just because it seems like the older the more "larger" ppl think are in shape!.!.!.not being stereotypical just sayinhg!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I've got to agree with everyone in saying that I see absolutely nothing unattractive about the image of your body you've shown us here, but if you're concerned about the weight you say you've gained, just include some exercises to your weekly routines!. What those maybe is really up to you and you'll have a lot to choose from if you look into the matter further!.

As far as I could tell, you've got what anyone here might see as a perfectly fine healthy female body already!. Obviously this five pound gain you've made is a concern for you, so I could only agree with John A and suggest building some muscle tone for yourself!.
