Work out soreness?!

Work out soreness?
I always go on the treadmill and when I am done I have a soreness around my lower stomach and hips. What does this mean? Are the muscles there getting a workout?
Answers:
Yes, that's a good sign. In fact, the muscles there are sore *because you are getting a workout. Just keep it up.
If your body isn't accustomed to that type of exercise yet it is a very natural occurrence. After a while the soreness won't occur anymore.
