Fast and continuous skipping IS more efficient than running, it demands more energy and effort (I do both)!. In my opinion there is no better beneficial exercises to the whole body than skipping!. It is the best cardiovascular exercises and improves muscle tone, timing, coordination and rhythm!. Ask any boxer how important it is to their training and fitness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Skipping is very good, but before you start make sure that you stretch your Achilles otherwise you could damage them!. I know because I damaged mine that wayWww@Answer-Health@Com
