I need some new ideas for some super-healthy, yet filling snacks...?!

Question: I need some new ideas for some super-healthy, yet filling snacks!.!.!.!?
I need some ideas for some healthy snacks, but the big catch I think is that they need to be filling (not like, Oh my god I'm stuffed, but more along the lines of just not feeling hungry anymore)!. All I can really come up with are celery (or apples) and natural peanut butter, carrots and a tablespoon or two fat-free dip, yogurt and granola-type cereal!. That's really it for me!. I am going back to college in a few days and need ideas! Can you help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Oatmeal with grapes (or pitted prunes, rasins, etc), rice patties with peanut butter and bannana, whey protein shakes, whole grain cereal like raisin bran or cheerios (but raisin bran can be pretty high in sodium), tuna salad sandwich on homemade bread (much healthier than storebought bread), slim fast shakes, lowfat cottage cheese mixed with salsa or fresh fruit!.

Peanut butter does have allot of fat but it's usually about %75 "healthy" fats--non saturated fats!. It's one of the most healthy fat sources for a well balanced diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

protein shakes or wheat bran!. they will fill you up and dont have fat or excess carbs!. btw, peanut butter is not healthy, it makes you fat!.
